Feature Request: extend the "remove" fonction.

by Guest on 2025/06/30 02:40:10 PM
Hello,

Actually in the Transfers section with the right clic appears the contextual menu of Tixati (start, stop etc.)

In this contextual menu we look the "remove" fonctionnality.

The "remove" clic is limited at one line per line selected or more (ctrl+left clic) if manualy selected, or full list (ctrl+a).

For a easy manual clean management I suggest to extend the "remove" fonction with add in this contextual menu :

From the line selected : remove all lines to up
From the line selected : remove all lines to down
From the line selected : remove all lines 100% (torrent finished)

This is inspired of the "Close Multiple Tabs" in Firefox...

Thank you for your powerfull software.

Hi,

Actually for remove only already downloaded line(s) (and not files...) you can proceed at this :

Transfers
Layout
Split DL/Seed View

In the new section Split DL/Seed View : select all and remove...

-

For a potential new feature, Remove should be warned with a optionnal "are you sur to remove ?" because in case of mistakes the recheck is sometimes very long.

I think a newest section named 'removed' could be done like this in case of error we allow restoration :

remove -> placed in 'removed' section
removed section -> permit to 'restored' (replaced in the Transfers section) or definitly removed "are you to definitly removed ?"

Suggestions ? Is it important ? What does the author think ?

A restore function would be a great addition.

you can undo the last remove.
press the remove button and you can see the option.
it may be greyed out if there is nothing to bring back.

Oh, Thanks! I never knew there was other options on the remove button,
and I think many users wouldn't know that either.

I mean, why this option is only on that button and not on the context menu?
and why it's permanent after 3 minutes and not until the end of the current session?
Is there an option to change that?
