I2P seeding must use the Postman tracker, as this tracker is the only source of information for I2P Bittorrent users. DHT and open trackers do not get information about new torrents across.
Full fledged I2P Bittorrent SW intended for seeding must do the following:
- include a Postmann announce URL in the torrent file by default (like "http://tracker2.postman.i2p/announce.php").
Otherwise the torrent cannot be uploaded to Postman and nobody will know about it. Currently the Postman tracker URL must be inserted manually in Tixati.
- announce the torrent frequently to this tracker URL. Otherwise Postman will not show the torrent on his website. As far as I can see, Tixati is currently unable to announce to the tracker at all.
Be sure to upload a fresh Tixati torrent to Postman and start seeding. When Postman shows a green light for your torrent, you are done.

This issue still persists.
Seeding speed is not being maintained by tixati.
Speeds that should hover around 150 KB/s on a consistent basis, does but exactly work like that in tixati.
Speed does reach 150 but then it deteriorates and becomes 2 kB/s and remains there.
After sometime, it again goes to 150 and then back again to 2.
Very irregular burst of speed.
I think the issue is with I2CP protocol being used instead of SAM protocol.
I2CP protocol needs more polishing
