Using Mullvad VPN, IPV4 ONLY, Wireguard protocol with Shadowsock

by Guest on 2025/06/03 12:35:51 AM
Using Mullvad VPN, IPV4 ONLY, Wireguard protocol with Shadowsocks enabled still got a CDMA notice.  Mullvad is set to only allow Tixati to use the VPN. I am trying to figure out how they got the IP address and IS there any way to display the IP that Tixati is using for my activities and display that continuously.  All of the methods I have found about "self-connect" are quite old and do not work.

Have you configured Tixati to only use the VPN interface?

Does your real interface get a public IP address? It can be reported to peers among others if a client has access to it (even if it's not used to send and receive traffic). Same with UPnP reporting public IP address to client in case you have a router.

Which addresses Tixati reports in the system log?

Thanks for the reply, I feel like a dumb-ass, I didn't realize there were connection specific settings in Tixati!  Dumb, dumb, dumb.......
