Maybe someone is adding fake peers to public trackers or sending peer exchange messages with IP addresses matching well knows test sites to laugh at people who can't control their antivirus programs and don't understand how they work, and what they tell them.
You do understand that traffic getting sent anywhere is not dangerous by itself, and the context is the important thing? Any torrent client can make a connection to any port on any public IP address because there might be peer there, real or fake, accessible or not. If it's on a suspicious torrent with a single peer on an address which belongs to a known bad actors list, then you need to worry, because you most probably are downloading some crap. Or when some strange process on your system suddenly wants to connect to a known virus command and control domain, then you need to worry.
