How to set tunnel hops & tunnel quantity in tixati i2p?
there are no options to do in tixati, however these options are present in other torrent clients namely qbittorrent and biglybt. please, provide it.

In version 3.34, go into Settings > I2P.

Then click the Advanced Router Settings config button.

Inside, there's a few lines you can uncomment to control tunnel length/variance.
