In win 11 the right roll bar is automatically tucked away. Is there some setting I can use so it does not do that but stays in sight? I have trogle getting it to activate, I unfold the torrent in the list instead to many times to count

look in settings->user interface->behavior
press the configure button for 'scrolling options'

Ok, found those settings. Not readily apparent what I do there to make the rollbar not disappear though

on the scrolling options - movement tab, there is a pulldown button (probably labeled standard), change it to constant.
just mess around in the scrolling options window to see what you like.

Found it! Under 'List Scrollbars>Vertical' there is a little pulldown menu where you choose 'Opacque'
