Ive noticed most times when a torrent has finished seeding, the remaining torrents will not start, sometimes not at all.

It is only when I click force announce it will start downloading immediately. Is there a setting to enable force announce automatically?

In addition to the above, if enabled in the background as default, how can I force announce automatically more often, or make it to force announce remaining torrents automatically, once a torrent has finished seeding/downloading?

Also how do you stop/cancel a torrent if download speed is below a specific level, or has no seeds? FYI, I have auto manage downloads checked
