Nice work, would probably look even better with more distinct colors for the letters (not necessarily the old blue/orange/green) and the T extended all the way down, as in the original icon.

The original icon is perfect. It's simple, it looks kinda like a communication tower, it serves its purpose and so it doesn't really need any 'improvement'.
