TIXATI 3.32 -- Trying to filter IPv6 addresses, without success.

by Francois424 on 2025/02/07 07:20:45 PM
Hey guys, long time no see.

I tried following the guides, including examples provided on this site.
My last attempt at blocking the entire IPv6 range was this :

label:[0000:0000:0000:0000]-
label:0000:0000:0000:0000-ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff

Which does not work as multiple IPv6 addresses keep connecting to the client over and over.
Anyone has any idea on how to block the 0000 to ffff range on IPv6 ?
Thought I'd ask since I'm not having any success.

Thank you.

IPv6 is twice as long as what you've written.
Settings - Network - Connections - Network Mode: IPv4 only.

Awesome, thank you.
I had preferred, but did not know about that option.
