How to resume the semi-downloaded files in a mobile disk after it connected to a new computer via tixati software?

I think you need the torrent file or the magnet link in order to continue the download.

Add the same torrent in the stopped state, then choose destination catalogue with original files (or do it when adding torrent). It should hash and check the data.

If you only chose some specific files from the torrent, you'll have to download pieces holding their starting and ending bytes once again in full (even though files are complete, and haven't changed) because incomplete pieces data is held in Tixati's configuration directory. You can use portable mode to also copy the client with that data to another computer, or you can try to copy the whole configuration database (if you understand how it can be done).
