Tixati currently has the options to set a random port interval, and to set a random port to be used every x hours/days/weeks.

What is missing and which is often seen in other clients, which is natural since it's extremely useful for the purpose of both increasing privacy and dealing with traffic shaping, is simply an option to set a random port each time Tixati starts.
