Tix Deb 3.31 Serious scrollbar issues
(Latest fully updated Debian running in a VirtualBox VM on a Windows 10 box). Did a test in a fully fresh debian environment to double verify same results.

Scrollbars are nearly-completely nonfunctional and heavily buggy after update, Changes to scroll settings have no impact for all bugs found. Issues are so extreme for me I am reverting to the previous version for the time being.

The bottom scrollbar to scroll left-right now never appears, there is no longer a way to view the whole GUI without keys (applies to all Tixati GUI windows).

The mouse scroll wheel now barely works. It will scroll a little and then stop listening to the mouse wheel. You can scroll it a hundred miles an hour and nothing until you click somewhere and try scrolling again, to find it maybe work or not work at random for a moment until it stops again.

Sometimes for some reason the mouse wheel sometimes at random scrolls the window to the right (but not back again) so there is no way to get back left in the GUI (keys dont work to move it left again) so the only option is a hard restart of Tixati. Fooled around with this for 2 hours, there is no way I could find to fix it without a restart.
