ok i have tixati 1.96 i set the download slot limit to one cause im working and dont want all my bandwidth chocking on several downloads. i set the incoming to 1 outgoing to 4. i have 4 downloads in list but they all download at once. i tried exiting out program and reloaded after change same issue. ( i checked each link and its the bytes in thats going up not just going out so it is downloading all 4 files. does it not work if i have a list already for downloads
