Please fix adding flag (attribute) "Sparse"

Please fix adding flag (attribute) "Sparse" on downloaded files when allocation metod is "Full Pre-Write" or "Fast Allocate"!

Confirm.
Sparse is harmful for "fast allocation" and "full pre-write". Produce very unnececary fragmentation.
Sparse suitable only with "sparse".
