The old Windows 10 machine ran Tixati perfectly.  It died and I upgraded to a newer machine with Windoes 11.  

I rejoiced at version 3.11 when I could drag a file or folder and drop it and have a torrent created that included the tracker list I'd created.  That no longer works.  

Drag a folder and drop it and it just sits there.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Tixati more times than I can count and no change.  

Please, any ideas?  New computer, new operating system.  I have tried arious versions of Tixati, including the latest.  Thank you.
