Would love the group's thoughts on this one:

I had tinkered with some internal settings to try to improve speeds etc, but only succeeded in essentially stalling out tixati.  Not knowing exactly what I changed that caused the issue, I thought it best to do a clean install, so I exported the transfer list (no other settings) and proceeded to uninstall the program and reinstall the latest (same) version clean.

I adjusted file locations and little else and ran a test with a few new torrents.  Success!!

I imported the old transfer list (transfers only, no settings) and everything stalled again?!?!   I repeated the process, verified that I imported nothing else and have the same result.

Any suggestions?
