Tixati v3.28 RSS  filter can't exclude 720p

Maybe can't exclude 2160p either.

The picture was not blurred enough to be allowed in.
The Devs are working on your filtering issue and it should be fixed in the next release.

Upgrade to v3.29, this should be fixed.
