RSS Client keeps reporting host unreachable

From the logs:

[10:15:21] starting update > https://123/rss
[10:15:21] update failed: Host unreachable (10065) > https://123/rss
[13:15:22] starting update > https://123/rss
[13:15:22] update failed: Host unreachable (10065) > https://123/rss

It can be normally browsed in any browser.
