Tixati v3.26 portable still missing up/down arrows in scrollbars

Tixati v3.19 portable was the last version to have the up/down arrows on the scrollbars on my Windows 7 computers. If for some reason this is a feature and not a bug then PLEASE, PLEASE make it an optional feature!

Absolutely NEED these back too. Why were they removed in the first place?

this is back.
go to settings-user interface-behavoir
click configure button for scrolling options
at the bottom-left there are presets for scrolling options
pick the buttons option or configure options for yourself
