Compression of images, Рortable version with dates

Today I downloaded the portable version-x86 on a Win7-64 laptop and launched it. Looks beautiful!
Small notes. You can greatly compress images from the site tixati.com, through the XnView_Extended converter, with the PngOut plugin, and Png8_LibQuant.

The version 'tixati-3.25-1.portable' is not very compressed (zip, tar.gz, tar.bz2), does not contain dates with 100ns accuracy, and does not contain the creation dates of files and folders.

Probably the packer versions on the site are outdated.

Rare people have Zip, Gzip, Bzip2 packers on Windows. Packers Rar https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm , 7z https://www.7-zip.org/download.html are more common, they compress more strongly and with dates with an accuracy of 100ns in UTC0 format (NTFS Windows, Ext3 Linux) GMT, so that there are no problems with unpacking in different systems and time zones with summer and winter time. 7z is free for packing and unpacking. Rar is free for unpacking. 7z compresses with all exact dates from 2023. Rar from 2010, but paid for packaging. Rar v4.10 (2010) compresses texts the best, according to Huffman. Hi guest. some time ago I have updated images for the wiki, I made sure to compress those PNGs. My only regret is having window outline shadows enabled, that ruined compression efficiency on some of the images and made their actual padding size bigger.

I am sure the DEV would accept new screenshots for the main website if you recreated them in a fresh Tixati version:
- Each screenshot replicates an old one
- All transfers must be copyright-free or available under a permissive license
- Peer IPs and IDs must be blurred

For me it was be hard to find many small active torrents to showcase the download/upload speeds and I didn't have hard drive space at the time. This is why I didn't make these new screenshots.
