and if you windows shutdown after added transfers
the new transfers wont save to file
after windows bootup new transfers is not there
download RSS torrent again will pop out file exist
and RSS status Transfer Already Exists

update test download RSS and reboot within 1 minute
1. no transfers status @ RSS/Download list
