Is there a setting for this, ala transmission ( i think )?
I am using linux Mint 16 w/ Cinnamon DE
... the taskbar icon is missing as well, but I don't need it, can move to other desktop or just minimize

Tixati prevented automatic standby overnight (i had standby set for 1 hour).  I am sure it is tixati because when i tried to standby manually the dialog popped up to ask me if i wanted to force standby or not, and notified me that tixati was preventing standby
... not really a huge issue, but would be nice to have the option
