my opinion - your unique ID is 48:07 in your posting timestamp(if you mean persistent ID, go register - client tracking sucks) /longer titles are a pain for certain screen sizes and harder to quickly parse

how is timestamp not persistent? what client tracking?

it was a guess maybe they meant a number that is the same if you post more than once
