i watching TIXATI download peer list,i found this flag:Outgoing TCP Encrypted V2
What is "Encrypted V2"?

It's an (1)Encrypted (2)TCP connection (3)using the BitTorrent v2 protocol. This means you are using a v2 torrent and the other peers does too.
