I am getting that status for peers sometimes, but I can't find any information about it.  Searching for it with Duckduckgo brings up precisely one result: the translation template for Tixati messages.

It would be great to have a list of all messages Tixati can give and their meaning somewhere - ideally with a link to the relevant section of the documentation.
