Setting Main windows minimize button action = Hide in System Tray. Window minimized but still on Taskbar

No bug, works fine here. Go back and check whether you saved the setting properly or not. If it still shows Minimize to Taskbar instead, maybe something's interfering with Tixati saving its settings.
