RE: Tixati 1.96

As an example, I have four different clients running on two LAN connected PCs.  The other three clients are configured to bypass the UL/DL speed limits when communicating locally (same PC or LAN), resulting in very high transfer rates to/from each other, whereas Tixati is clearly limiting local transfer speeds to the configured remote UL/DL rates.  Is there a way to have Tixati also ignore the limits when transferring locally?
