Hi,
When I change location of "incomplete-pieces" folder to Z:\temp I expect that incomplete-pieces will be saved in this folder.
This is true, but there is folder "C:\ProgramData\Temp" where the same conzent is stored simultaneously, so Folder incomplete-pieces is doubled and synchronized.
This is unwanted behavior for me, because I dont want use SSD disk for TEMP purposes.
My version is 3.19 Portable

I wonder do you run all programs as a limited user including Tixati? (not administrator) Then do you have normal write access to Z:\Temp?
This is somewhat unrelated but recently I installed a really old software that assumed it had read/write access to its installation folder in Program Files. When I saved some files in the software in a subfolder, I couldnt find the files. It turns out, Windows 10 transparently redirected such file manipulations to AppData...VirtualStore rather than asking write permission for the installation folder.
