Hi,

I have limited the number of simultaneous downloads at 4 as shown it this screen capture:

but I still see 5 simultaneous downloads , like if the limit of 4 is not efficient:



I would like to add a few torrents, that should be downloaded in a queue, where only 4 are active simultaneously.

What am I doing wrong ???
