Tixati 3.19 scheduled configuration backup possible bug on Linux

by masta0f1eave on 2023/10/15 08:06:55 AM
Hi, after some time of using scheduled configuration backup feature I've noticed that if you miss planned backup, Tixati (for some reason) will try to execute each one of them right after launch.
E.g., if I set daily backup routine at some time, and then I don't launch Tixati for quite some time (week or two), after Tixati launch I have to wait until every scheduled backup job is done. I can confirm it by going to backup folder and seeing number of files matching count of missed scheduled jobs.
Is this an intended behavior? It makes no sense to me for it to work this way, 'cos each and every one of this files are identical, besides date of creation.
System I use: Manjaro Linux, kernel 6.1.55-1-MANJARO, Tixati version is 3.19, 64 bit build.

Go to settings-Scheduler and make sure 'Tasks Missed Between Sessions' is set to 'Skip'

Oh, so there is a feature for that, neat.
My bad for not checking out settings. I guess that topic was pointless then, heh :)
