To add to the last message: there would need to be separate Pause + Unpause buttons. In that case you can selectively Pause some transfers and to resume just CTRL+A + Unpause on everything, assuming that workflow. Otherwise the Start button would Unpause all paused torrents but also Start all Stopped torrents.
