there's a bug where the cursor within the client at transfers tab shows as if it's dragging something, or sometimes even the "you can not drop it here" icon. I am unsure how to trigger that, it has to do something with clicking in and out, like, selecting something in the client and then clicking on desktop for example and then going back to tixati, I managed to get the column header bugged (name, bytes, progress...) where it got selected and showed selected/blue clicking in and out and then suddenly I could drag the columns without any mouse buttons pressed (I could recreate it every time, I just don't know the exact sequence of actions). But it happens very often, like every usage of it.
