I have changed the options provided in the settings but there are no options to change the color of these white things to black, is there any option to convert it to black?

These other interface elements are controlled by the OS. Change to a dark OS theme.

This is a old limitation, even using Windows 10 dark theme, this parts still light theme, but developers said that the color settings for a full dark theme is in development.

Thats because Microsoft has lost competence and obviously disregards backwards compatibility. The Windows "dark theme" not turning everything black is their bug but there are community fixes available for themeing. A fully dark Tixati interface has been demonstrated on the forums before using the patch.
