Yesterday, and today, I've been receiving an error message constantly saying: "Error Saving Config File.  This process can not access the file because it is being used by another process. (32)" Then comes the path to my APPDATA/Roaming/Tixati folder, and the file in question is channels2.dat.temp
Not sure how this file is suddenly being used by another program, or what other program can possibly be using it. seems rather specific, being a temp file for Tixati and all.

Do you have an antivirus software installed?
In any case to diagnose this yourself, use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon  and set the filter to only capture events that begin with c:/bla/bla/appdata/tixati-folder or any of the specific .dat files. Then you will see which processes other than Tixati lock the file in a dumb way.
