I'm using v3.19 on win 10, Currently there is no "optimize alignment" option when creating new V1 torrent, could you plz make a feature for this?

This will help reduce torrents stuck at 99% when downloading.

Tixati already has this.

In the create seed window, click the pieces button while holding control key.  The menu will have extra options for padding.
