I'm trying to download some stuff, and for some reason, tixati just decides to stop at 99%. it's not stopping altogether, but it just hasn't moved since it hit the 99% mark.
Is there a way to fix this?

This question has been asked many, many times. Not sure there is a definitive answer. Perhaps in many if not most situations the torrent has very few seeds, perhaps 1, who may have turned off or removed a small file, being then a partial seed, not a full seed. Or maybe their source is corrupted though I don't understand how their torrent client would then allow it to pass the has test for validity.
