Tixati should let one set the incoming limit to 0KB/s

I get not allowing the opposite (outgoing to 0).

I just saw another post where a guy was trying to be a good sharer with what he had, but didn't want to download any more of the torrent as he didn't care for it.

If you disable individual files in a torrent from downloading, Tixati seems to continue seeding fine even if showing 0% total progress.

Then this becomes a question of usability and UI. Tixati could have a "No download" button in the transfer's "Incoming limit" menu that would do this for the user (mark all files as "not for download"). Whether automatically of after a dialog window.
