I just started using the software, how can I make Tixati always stay on top?

When I add new torrents, it adds torrents in the background, with the taskbar flashing, if the program is running in the background.

I dont know if its my settings or something. I went thru all the behavioural options, but still get the same.

I tried some 3rd party software so it stays on top, and it brings the new torrent prompt to the foreground.
