Remove download and upload slot limit

Hello, Tixati seems to have a limit of 1000 download slots and 1000 upload slots. Can that limit be removed?

to help you can turn on the 'Recycle unused upload slots for downloads' in Settings-transfers-general if you are not using all 1000 upload slots.
