I've noticed that the horizonal scroll bars always start at the extreme right rather than the normal left position. I've tried saving and reopening but they open in the right (wrong) position. Not a big problem but this is the first time in any program that it's happened

Every window I looked at on my install which has a horizontal scroll bar, it is on the left as usual.

Windows 10 32-bit fully up-to-date

Wherever horizonal scroll bars appear they scroll to the extreme right (rather than the normal left) when starting the program. Thereafter they stay where i put them when minimising/resizing the window.

I have screenshots to illustrate but don't know how to post them to this forum

It is a confirmed problem on the windows 32 bit version.
Is anyone having this problem on any other version?
It should be fixed in the next release.
