I have a problem with Tixati always moving top in Windows (10).

It only seems to happen as magnets load their their meta-info. Loading a .torrent file does not move Tixati on top.
Even magnets don't always seem to trigger the move. So far from what I have noticed, it mostly seems to happen when Tixati is hidden in system tray.
The "Activate main window when new tranfers are loaded" setting is turned OFF, which is the only setting related to this I have found so far.

Is there any setting setting in Tixati (or even windows) to stop this behavior? It is starting to be really disruptive.
