I am attempting to seed a new torrent but having lots of issues.
Clients are having trouble connecting to download from me. When they sometimes connect upload is very slow. I notice the DHT keeps going from connected to unconfirmed incoming port.

Tried with multiple VPNs. Torguard, now Mullvad.
Tixati allowed in windows firewall.
