In settings, user interface, behavior, Transfer loading priority/location prompt, I have ALL boxes checked.  This should mean that when a magnet link is clicked in a web browser, a window comes up in Tixati asking me where I would like to download, correct?

Instead I click a magnet link and Tixati just silently starts the torrent in the default download directory.  How do I make it show a window asking me where I would like to download it?
