So this is a new bug that's present in v3.16 and I've never seen it before.
Right-click on tray icon and the menu pops up at random place on screen every time. Like a randomizer was attached to it. Code sabotage, prank? But it does try to pop up at right side of the screen. No other application I have behaves like this.

Windows 10, x64.

This will be fixed with the next release.
