Can't remove separator in categories side bar if there isn't any user-made category right below separator.

Any more information on this so that someone could help?  I have no issue removing separators where there are user-created categories directly below (win10x64, Tixati 3.14).

the OP made the point that the separator cant be removed when there are NO categories below it.
i see this in linux.
if you drag a category below the separator you can delete the separator.

Updated to 3.16.1, looks like fixed.
