Tixati lose statistic, when announce failed (i.e. HTTP response code 502), and with next retry doing

0&downloaded=
0&left=0&corrupt=0 instead
[refresh]. The same issue if I manually annonce tracker. It is better to do at first
[stopped] and after
[started].
