I'm not quite sure what happened, the program can not download any torrent files and have the trackers status "Connection refused (10061)".
I have tried to seek the solution on google about, VPN, malware, and virus, but nothing useful.
Could anybody help me? it is annoying me by having this problem twice. (this happens again once after the window has been removed and installed)
