Over and over again regardless if Ignore is chosen, regardless if 1000 (maximum allowed number of) downloads is selected.

Tixati v3.12 Linux Ubuntu amd64 build.

have you tried deleting (or moving out temporarily) your bwpresets2.dat.temp and/or your bandwidth.dat file?
is that the only file giving you this error?
