If using v1+v2 protocols in a hybrid torrent with another peer doing the same tixati does not not stick to one protocol but tries to connect with both[?] causing one established connection to close while the other is established in effect it switches between a v1 connection and a v2 connection every few seconds slowing download speeds to a crawl

it could also be a deficiency in the other peers client which is shown as qBittorrent 4.4.5

With v1 torrents I noticed (old Tix version) that qBittorrent only wants one connection if it detects you as the same peer on IPv4 and IPv6 (because Tix uses same peer ID for both).
I'd expect this also plays a role in this

I just replicated the issue with ipv4 only network mode, qBT just seems to only allow connection on one protocol at a time.
