My system is Windows 10 (19044.2006).
I use the tixati v.3.11 x64 portable.

Tixati v.3.11 has problems with the system shutdown function. I right click on the icon tixati and and choose "Auto-Shutdown"->"Shut Down System", option selected "When All Downloads Conplete".
When the file download is completed, the program closes without shutting down the system.

Tixati v.2.88 and v.2.89 don't have that problem. i tested these versions with the same settings and the system shuts down successfully.
